Tim Lytton, owner and President of Lytton Enterprises, was born in West Virginia and raised in Florida. He has grown up in the construction industry and is a third generation general contractor. Through his vast experience, Tim has achieved the highest degree of Contractors License that is achievable in the State of Florida and has carried it for over 28 years.

Tim has managed construction for large national building contractors, along with family run organizations.

His experience in residential construction, from small starter homes to million dollar homes, gives Tim a wealth of information to draw on for homes of any size. Tim's commercial projects include motels, medical facilities, retail outlets, office buildings, storage facilities and more.

Tim's integrity, dynamic hands-on approach and extensive experience in residential and commercial new construction and remodeling is the heart and core of Lytton Enterprises' network of  design and engineering professionals and craftspersons who have the ability of taking homes and commercial and remodeling projects from the original concept to the fruitful completion of the project.
